Before construction, Carlos worked with the town and the HOA for permits, and was very helpful in getting my leaking roof replaced very quickly. One of my concerns was nails, but they did a good job in keeping waste under control by spreading tarps to collect debris and making multiple magnet passes to pick up anything missed.
